In keeping with the EU Food Information for Consumers Regulation, we have compiled the below fact sheet to help identify the 14 major allergens identified in our finger food and cold knife and fork buffets. Please see our Allergens page for more info. Food allergens sheet. The Elgano team are pleased to announce that we hold a full 5 out of 5 in our Food Hygiene rating for both the Hotel and Catering. This is the 4th year running we have received the full 5!

Below is the list of the 14 food allergens, and beside them where each are included in our finger food and cold knife and fork buffets

Cereals Containing Gluten

Tiger prawns
